All prices displayed on this site are in New Zealand currency and include GST.

Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal to buy wine from Amisfield Wine Company if you are under the age of 18.
It is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
Wine will not be shipped internationally to anyone under the age of 21.

This guide covers freighting costs to the United Kingdom and the United States. International freight costs are subject to change, Amisfield will advise you of any changes.

Packaging
Wine is packed in twin walled outer cardboard boxes with twin walled inserts, twin walled base and top pad for extra protection. Wine travels below deck in temperature controlled containers.

Amisfield Wine Company respect your privacy and will protect it.

Under no circumstances will any personal information you have supplied be made available to another organisation.

Payments and Refunds
Payment methods:
This is a secure website which accepts payment by credit card only.

Amisfield Wine Company does not keep customer details once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds:
Wines which are corked or damaged on delivery are replaced immediately.

If you are not happy with wine which has been purchased pleased contact us immediately.

Customer Security
All personal and transactional information is encrypted and completely secure.

This means the information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

You are safer here than if you handed your credit card across the counter at your local wine retailer.

Delivery Details
New Zealand Orders are delivered within 1-4 working days.

International delivery time varies and is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Part Orders
If for any reason your entire order cannot be fulfilled, Amisfield Wine Company will ask if you would like us to dispatch a part order, or wait until you total order can be fulfilled, in which case timing will also be discussed.

Corked, Faulty or Damaged Wine
Contact our office immediately and we will arrange for replacement as soon as possible.
