The primary fruit characteristics are lifted and tannins softened creating a supple, generous early drinking style of Pinot Noir. The wine is rich & generous showing an abundance of plum and cherry fruit on the nose, with a hint of spice and dried herbs. The palate shows supple texture underpinned by fine structural tannins.
